We may at any time revise these Terms and Conditions by updating this posting and changing the effective date indicated above. You are bound by any such revisions and should therefore periodically visit this page to review the current Terms and Conditions to which you are bound.

All prices are shown in local currency and include VAT. All prices shown on the website are total prices including all taxes.
Payment is made at checkout. The payment method is provided by Stripe and we offer card payment, apple pay and google pay. The amount is charged immediately. If you have questions regarding payments, feel free to contact us at email@example.com.
Shipping costs may vary from country to country. There will be no unforeseen shipping costs. The shipping cost is specified at check-out.
4.1 Delivery methodsWe deliver the goods with Bring, PostNord, DHL, UPS depending on products and shipping address. 4.2 Deliveries Monday-Friday: For orders placed before 12:00, the order day is considered the first working day.For bookings made after 12.00, the following day is considered the first working day (with the exception of Friday). Friday-Sunday + public holidays: For bookings made on Friday after 12:00, Saturday, Sunday or on other public holidays, the following working day (which is not a public holiday) is considered the first working day. When you as the buyer have ordered and paid for the item (s), it is our task as the seller to complete the order for shipping. When the item (s) are ready for transport, the package is sent from our premises to the nearest terminal. You as the buyer are responsible for the package when it has reached your delivery address / nearest “Post office”. Should an unforeseen event occur such as the package not being delivered or being damaged, you contact us via “contact” on the website, and we will do what we can to help you. Please enter the order number under “your message”. Normal delivery time: 2-5 working days depending on shipping address and shipping option. 4.3 Damaged goods and right of complaint When you receive your order, it is important to check the goods for damage or defects. Complaints can be made no later than two years after the buyer took over the item. Should the item be damaged or broken, you can contact us via email: firstname.lastname@example.org for further instructions.
As a customer, you have the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days after you have received the goods. We have extended this period to 30 days. The right of withdrawal can only be used if the item can be returned in the original packaging and is essentially unchanged. You have the right to open the package and try the product, but it must not be used beyond that. When you exercise the right of withdrawal, you pay the return shipping yourself.
If you exercise your right to cancel the purchase, we will refund the full amount of the goods as soon as possible, or within 30 days from the date we received the goods.
Special circumstances that are not under human control such as war, extensive labor dispute, blockade, fire, environmental disaster, serious infection that prevents the parties from fulfilling their obligations can release a party from the obligations. Such an exception applies provided that the operation cannot be performed under these conditions. The other party shall be notified immediately of the circumstances of use of this provision.
After you as a customer have made a purchase, we have no right to change the terms of the relevant purchase unless otherwise agreed.

Norwegian law shall apply to all purchases made under these terms. Disputes about purchases under these terms shall be dealt with exclusively by a Norwegian court.
Terms: *The money back guarantee applies..:
- Applies to ZpikesTape 20 application days or more and the ZpikesMat kit. - For customers who have not previously purchased ZpikesTape. - The claim for ZpikesTape must be sent to us no later than six weeks after the purchase date. - The claim for ZpikesMat kit must be sent to us no later than four weeks after the purchase date. The ZpikeMat kit must be returned to us before you receive your refund. The customer is responsible for shipping costs back to us.
11. 30 days open purchase
We have extended the open purchase period from 14 to 30 days on all items purchased on zpikes.com. If you regret the purchase, you will be refunded the entire purchase price, minus current shipping.
Conditions:The case must be reported to Zpikes AS no later than 30 days from the date of purchase by sending an email with information to firstname.lastname@example.org (The following information must be in the email: Full name, order number and explanation of the case. If we ask for a receipt for purchase, it must be possible to present it). The product must be in the same condition as when you bought the item. The packaging and seal must be unbroken. If the item is damaged, the money will not be refunded. The customer will then be notified of the case and we will agree on a solution together. The customer must pay return shipping and assume all risk associated with the shipment. The item can be delivered to Zpikes AS’s address by agreement. Cancellation form is printed out and attached to the shipment. The money is refunded after the goods have arrived at Zpikes AS, has been examined and assessed flawlessly. The money is expected to arrive in approximately 5-7 business days.
Some products may be available for pre-sale on zpikes.com. When pre-purchasing a product, all the mentioned terms and conditions will be relevant.
Estimated delivery dateWhen you make a pre-purchase, you will always get an estimated delivery date. We cannot guarantee estimated delivery on our pre-sales, as this depends on our suppliers. In any case, we will do our very best to comply with the estimate. OtherPre-ordered items may differ slightly from the product images seen on zpikes.com.
Same conditions as when buying non-subscription products. Termination of a subscription must be registered with us at least one working day before the next shipment expires.
When changing price, the customer will be informed in advance and can always choose to cancel the subscription, regardless of time. When you sign up for a subscription you will receive an email with a link to your customer portal where you can pause/cancel your subscription, update billing information and update payment information.
